What is Bloom Creations?

Bloom Creations is a candle making supplies specialist based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We stock 700+ SKUs across waxes, wicks, fragrance oils, silicone moulds, concrete moulds, glass containers, wooden vessels, dyes, pigments, and candle making tools. We ship pan-India and supply both individual makers and growing candle businesses.

Where is Bloom Creations located?

Our warehouse and operations are in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We ship orders across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India.

Do you supply wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We have a dedicated wholesale program for candle brands and businesses. Visit our Wholesale page for pricing tiers and bulk order details. Minimum order quantities apply depending on the product category.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse the catalogue, add products to your cart, and check out using our secure payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. COD is available in selected pincodes.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), all major net banking, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery in eligible areas.

Is GST included in product prices?

All prices on candlematerial.com are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is generated automatically for every order — we can provide a GST invoice with your business name and GSTIN if you add it at checkout.

Can I get a quote for a large order?

Yes. Email us through our contact page with the product list, quantities, and delivery pincode. We respond with custom pricing within 24 working hours.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India via reliable courier partners. Remote areas may have extended delivery timelines.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 4–7 working days across most metros and tier-2 cities. Tier-3 cities and remote areas: 5–10 working days. Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery pincode. Many orders qualify for free or flat-rate shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of delivery. Read the full policy on our Refund Policy page. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I return a damaged product?

Email us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Our team will arrange a return pickup or send a replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

About Our Products

Are your silicone moulds food-grade?

Yes — all our silicone moulds are food-grade certified. They are safe for chocolate, soap, fondant, ice, and resin, in addition to candle wax. Browse silicone moulds.

What waxes do you stock?

We carry soy wax, paraffin wax, beeswax, gel wax, pearl wax, and specialty blends. All food/cosmetic-grade where applicable. See our wax collection.

How long do fragrance oils last?

Unopened, stored in cool dark conditions: 12–18 months. Opened bottles, use within 6–9 months for best hot and cold throw. Read our fragrance oil guide.

Do your fragrance oils have IFRA certification?

Yes. We publish the IFRA category and recommended maximum fragrance load for each oil on its product page. Most are IFRA Category 11 (functional candles) or Category 12 (decorative candles).

Are concrete moulds reusable?

Yes — our concrete and silicone moulds are designed for 500+ pours with proper care. See our concrete mould collection.

What is the best fragrance load percentage?

Do you have a physical store?

We operate as an online-first business with our warehouse in Ludhiana. We currently do not have a physical retail store. Wholesale and bulk pickup arrangements can be discussed via our Wholesale page.
