Refund Policy

At Bloom Creations, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@candlematerial.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fragrance oils and consumable materials that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@candlematerial.com.
