Shipping Policy
How we ship Bloom Creations orders across India.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shree Maruti, Blue Dart, and others depending on the destination pincode. Our warehouse is located in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Timelines start after the order is dispatched, which typically happens within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination pincode. Free shipping or flat-rate shipping may be available depending on cart value and ongoing offers.
Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Larger bulk and wholesale orders may take 3–5 working days to process. You will receive an email and SMS with your tracking link once dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also view tracking by logging into your account at candlematerial.com. For any issues, contact us via our contact page.
Packaging
All candle making supplies are packed in protective packaging to prevent breakage. Glass containers and fragile items receive additional bubble wrap and rigid boxing. Fragrance oils are packed in leak-resistant outers.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after 3 attempts are returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Include photos of damaged items and packaging
- Include your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in selected pincodes. COD charges and availability are displayed at checkout. COD orders may have a slightly longer dispatch time due to verification.
Pickup Options
Wholesale and bulk buyers in or near Ludhiana can arrange direct pickup from our warehouse by prior appointment. Contact us via our Wholesale page to coordinate.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is being evaluated for future rollout.
